Impaling Coronatus (Japanese: インペイリング コロナタス, Hepburn: Inpeiringu koronatasu?) is a captain from Dariusburst. It is shaped after a seahorse (Hippocampus coronatus).

Impaling Coronatus shoots thin lasers aimed at the player, as well as homing lasers and homing missiles. After a while it will coil itself and circle around the screen, spreading thin lasers all over the screen.
