Hard Armament (Japanese: ハードアーマメント, Hepburn: Hādoāmamento?) is the captian of zones Mu and Xi from G-Darius. It is shaped after a deep-sea hatchetfish (Argyropelecus gigas).

This captain's main form of attack is to shoot small rockets from its chin protrusion which move fast forward. On its secondary attack it shoots floating mines which detonate into large explosions after a certain distance. When captured, the floating mine attack can be executed by inputting a "Dragon Punch" backward motion (←↓↙) then pressing/holding the shot button.
