Deep Dragon is a boss from Super Darius II. It is shaped after a leafy seadragon (Phycodurus eques).

Deep Dragon has the form of a mechanical leafy sea dragon. Its body is long and segmented, covered in blue metallic armor with sharp edges. The head is narrow and pointed, resembling a dragon or seahorse and it has glowing crimson eyes, while its fins and tail enhance its aquatic, robotic look.

Deep Dragon constantly moves on the right of the screen, stretching its neck back and forth while using all of its attacks at once. It will constantly shoot blue energy balls at the player from its tail, shoot energy waves from the frontal fin and shoot missiles from its back. Sometimes it will also fire a blue energy ball from its mouth. Its entire body is vulnerable.
