Darius II (known as Sagaia in North America) is a shoot em up video game released for the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive in 1990 and a port of Darius II. The screen size of the game was reduced to a single screen and the levels were slightly shortened. The game is also single-player only, allowing the player to select between Proco Jr. and Tiat Young. Proco Jr. starts off without any powerups, while Tiat Young starts with one set of powerups. One new boss, Nehonojia, was added to this version, and is found in Zone X.
